Directions for use

Adults and children over 5 years: 1 sachet (1 g) nightly before bed, after brushing teeth and other oral hygiene practises
Pour contents of sachet directly into the mouth and swish around until dissolved
Avoid rinsing, drinking or eating for at least 30 minutes to allow oral surfaces to be coated
