Orders and Shipping

Lab tests and retail products are dispatched within 1-2 business days (depending on order volume) and generally take 2-3 business days to arrive, depending on your area. Due to the extra administration involved with processing practitioner grade product orders, please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch. We use Australia Post and Couriers Please.

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address on your order please notify us immediately at hello@labiome.com.au. 

You will be provided with a tracking number for your parcel via email. Orders are dispatched the same day or next business day for orders placed on weekends or public holidays. 

Your credit card information is not stored and cannot be accessed by La Biome. We only use secure payment gateways. 

All items are inclusive of 10% GST. 

La Biome currently ship within Australia only. 

Returns Policy

We hope that you will love your La Biome purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for lab tests, practitioner grade products or temperature sensitive items like probiotics and pessaries. If you receive an item that is damaged in the mail, please email us immediately at hello@labiome.com.au so we can organise a replacement or store credit.

Changes or cancellations to an order must be notified to hello@labiome.com.au within 1 hour of placing an order.
