Returns Policy

We hope that you will love your La Biome purchase. If you change your mind about your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@labiome.com.au.

If your refund is approved you are welcome to return your product/s to us within 10 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To be able to return or exchange a product, you must provide a valid proof of purchase.

Temperature sensitive items like probiotics cannot be returned.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you meet the above criteria for returns, we will provide you with instructions on how to package and ship your product/s. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
