The Department of Bed Intentions Natural Prebiotic Lubricant is certified microbiome friendly, designed to be hydrating and soothing, with the perfect amount of slip. Containing green tea, prebiotics and fermented cranberry, it is gluten, sugar, hormone, paraben and plastic-free.
Green tea seed extract has been shown to have an inhibitory effect on candida albicans, fermented cranberry extract can help to soothe, alpha oligosacharrides and inulin are the prebiotics that can help maintain the growth of L. crispatus, L. iners, L. jensenii, and L. gasseri (good bacteria.) Water based lubricants are generally more soothing than silicone lubes and are also compatible with silicone toys, whereas silicone based lubricant is not.
